About SA1 Hosting Services
So now you have your site you would want to host it, or maybe you would like a host that is close to you and will help you with any questions and / or requirements that you have this is where SA1 design comes in. We are based in Swansea and a number of our servers are based in Swansea with us.
One of the aspects of SA1 Design that we are particularly proud of is the levels of support that we offer to our clients. We dont close our phone lines out of hours of 9 to 5, if we are available to answer then we will do just that? Want us to phone you? Let us know and we will call you back. We always appreciate any comments that you have on how we can improve our services.
Our Servers
Currently we have 3 servers two are based in Swansea and one in a data centre in Holland off the main link exchange to the world wide web.

Data Recovery
Data recovery is as important to us as it is you. We understand that data is important to the every day running of your business. With this in mind we employ a nightly backup of all our sites, so if a disaster did occur, we could recover your data and sit to how it was upto 24 hours ago. If you would prefer your backups to be scheduled alternatively to your requirements let us know and this is something that we will try to work with you to achieve this.
Email Services
When having a hosting package with SA1 Design you have a choice of email services:
- Redirection - We will redirect all email sent to the domain of your choice to a nominated email address of your choice such as a hotmail address. This means that anyname@yourdomain.com could be forwarded to your email, or you could have multiple email addresses that send to different mailboxes.
- Email Hosting - We will host all your email through ourselves. All email will be checked for spam using spamassassin mail server software as well as checking all email against the SPAMHAUS blacklisting service. All this email can then be downloaded to your mail client (e.g. outlook or outlook express) or you can view your mail from your web browser.
Support
As mentioned earlier we will answer your support queries at all times that we are available you are not just limited to Monday - Friday 9-5:30. We are available on the phone, and by email. Alternatively you can request a call back. All our support methods are available from the contact us page.
Please check the support page for service status information about our servers. If we are experiencing any major difficulties it should be mentioned there.
How much are your packages?
Every companies requirements are different, please use the contact us form so that we may discuss your requirements. However as a guide figure our packages start at £5 per month (£60 a year) and this suites 95% of our clients. All our clients who end up having a website created by SA1 Design will get the first 12 months hosting and email services for free.
